The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will deliver quality-focused primary care services to an underserved patient population. They will work collaboratively with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based medical home model.
Candidates must hold a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution and possess a current North Carolina license. At least one year of experience in a primary care setting is required, along with CPR certification and a strong commitment to community health.
