Key Responsibilities

The Float Pool Specialist-Therapist is responsible for the ethical and cost-effective management, delivery, outcomes, and communication of patient care within their scope of practice. This role requires adherence to National Patient Safety Goals appropriate for the level of patient contact involved.

Requirements

Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of full-time equivalent experience and must hold a Physical Therapist (PT) license along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. A current Oklahoma State Driver's License is also mandatory for operating vehicles.
