Provide direct 1:1 intervention for children with autism by implementing behavior intervention plans across home, school, and clinic settings. Responsibilities include managing challenging behaviors, collecting accurate data, and maintaining effective communication with supervisors and families.
Requirements
Candidates should have a heart for helping children, strong reliability, and the ability to remain resilient under stress. While prior ABA experience is preferred, it is not required, and a degree in psychology or education is considered a plus.
