- Position: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA)
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Vestibular, Concussion, ReVital (oncology), Hand Therapy, and Neurology
- Status: Full-time, 32-40 hours
- Compensation: $29.00 - $38.00/ Hour
- Incentives: Sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and indefinite student loan help
- Must be licensed to treat in the state of Maryland to start

This full-time River Hill position is ideal for a Maryland-licensed PTA with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. However, we will consider new graduate physical therapist assistants. We offer on-site mentorship with our multidisciplinary team.
We treat a diverse orthopedic population, from teens to geriatrics, with specialty services including sports medicine, oncology (ReVital), neurology, vestibular, and concussion programs.
Schedule: Full-time (32- 40 hours), treating until 8:00 PM twice a week. The last patient is scheduled an hour before close. Early days begin at 7:00 A. M.
Incentives: $3,000 Sign-on bonus for a full-time Maryland-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) with indefinite student loan help.

Responsibilities
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
