- CPC, LMFT, LCSW full unrestricted licensure acceptable for Master’s-level clinicians. Certificate Required:
- BLS Certification (or able to obtain within 90-days of hire).
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification (or able to obtain within 90-days of hire). Credential Required:
- Ability to be credentialed with all CVH payors within six (6) months of hire. Minimum Work Experience:
