Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a bachelor’s degree, or higher, in occupational therapy.
- Must be licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS certification. Preferred:

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician to restore function and prevent disability. This includes ADL training, therapeutic activities, and designing/fabricating adaptive equipment to help patients reach maximum performance.
