Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides professional therapy services in client homes following a physician-approved Plan of Care. They observe and report changes in client health status while instructing families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current occupational therapy license for the state of employment. A minimum of 1 year of home health experience is preferred, along with 2 years of experience in acute care or outpatient settings.
