  • vision of a licensed therapist. This role involves working closely with individuals to address mental health issues, facilitate personal development, and promote overall well-being, while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans. - Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. - Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop and implement effective treatment strategies. - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and legal standards. - Participate in regular super
  • vision meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills. - Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. - Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources. - Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in the delivery of therapeutic services.
