Pharmacist - Pharmacy - Full Time Evenings

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist compounds and dispenses medication according to established procedures, reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, and consulting with medical staff to coordinate pharmaceutical services for hospital and outpatient care. This role also involves overseeing and closely reviewing the work performed by technical and clerical support staff within the pharmacy.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy and hold a valid New York State Pharmacist License, along with three to six months of on-the-job experience. Essential qualifications include knowledge of clinical intervention, in-depth understanding of pharmaceuticals, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of analytical ability.
