Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive in-home health evaluations, including physical exams and medical history reviews, to bridge gaps in care. Provide diagnostic and preventive services while building trusted relationships with patients in their homes.

Requirements

Must be an MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in the coverage area. Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses and travel up to 100% of the time is required.
