Join BehaviorCare Therapy as a RBT/ABA Therapist (Sat: 9-3, Sun: 3-7) 18 y/o BOY in San Tan Valley, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.

• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).

• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (don’t worry — we train you how to do this).

• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective — you're never doing this alone.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).

• ABA experience a plus!

• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).

• Reliable transportation.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $21–$26/hr.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
