The Opportunity

As the Pediatric Clinic Director, you will provide leadership for the clinical, operational, and cultural success of the pediatric clinic.

You'll lead a team of physical therapists and support staff while creating an environment where children feel comfortable, families feel supported, and clinicians have the mentorship and resources they need to thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to pediatric physical therapists and support staff.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of exceptional pediatric care, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy to pediatric patients.
  • Evaluate children and develop appropriate, family-centered plans of care.
  • Support therapists in achieving meaningful functional outcomes for their patients.
  • Mentor new graduates and developing pediatric clinicians.
  • Provide ongoing clinical guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Help therapists develop their pediatric clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to educate, support, and empower them throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, physicians, schools, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Help oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of outstanding pediatric clinicians.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and the overall family experience.
  • Promote high standards for documentation, compliance, and clinical quality.
  • Utilize EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools, including Prompt and Prompt Sidekick AI, to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Help create a welcoming, engaging, and child-friendly clinic environment.
  • Partner with SportsCare leadership on clinic growth, community outreach, and strategic initiatives.
