Key Responsibilities

The Safety and Wellbeing Social Worker focuses on prevention, resilience-building, and supportive response to ensure the physical and emotional safety of patients and staff. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and providing crisis intervention and recovery support.

Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and a minimum of three years of clinical social work experience. Preference is given to candidates with medical or mental health experience and valid Nebraska licensure.
