Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
- Standard Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Preferred Master's Degree
- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a valid State of Michigan license. Must hold OTR certification from NBCOT and obtain BLS certification within 90 days.
