Key Responsibilities
The Gastroenterologist will consult with patients to diagnose gastrointestinal disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans. Responsibilities include performing endoscopic procedures, digestive tract surgeries, and various diagnostic scans such as X-rays, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and possess an active New York State medical license. Applicants are required to be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
