Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist II is responsible for evaluating, treating, and planning the discharge of patients to maximize their physical and functional recovery. They work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and provide patient and family education.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a valid Pennsylvania PT license. A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice and current BLS certification are required.
