About the Role
The Neighborhood Clinic in Tucson, AZ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to a diverse client population
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic patient care
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Connect clients with community resources and support services as needed
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a community health or outpatient setting preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
