Behavioral Health Mentor (Contract, 3-5 hours per month minimum)

Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing temporary relief to Foster caregivers for 3-5 hours monthly while supporting client efforts toward treatment goals through behavior management and skill teaching. Responsibilities also include assisting with crisis de-escalation and engaging with client family members.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Human Services is desired) and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth, being at least 21 years old. A valid Ohio Driver's License and the ability to lift 20 pounds independently are also mandatory requirements.
