Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages in their homes, according to standards of practice outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, direct therapy, consultation, and family/caregiver instruction to support communication goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare providers to support each patients goals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans Document progress, reassess regularly, and update goals to promote meaningful communication outcomes.

Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or be in the CFY process. A current Maine Speech-Language Pathologist License and CPR Certification are required, with experience in pediatric or school-age populations being preferred.
