Pre-College Summer Counselor

Key Responsibilities

Counselors will assist with and provide leadership for the Summer Pre-College Program, serving as university ambassadors while escorting students, planning evening social activities, and chaperoning field trips. Senior Counselors will also be responsible for motivating a team of counselors and resolving concerns among students and staff.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess high energy, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and flexibility to work closely with high school students throughout the program. Required qualifications also include the ability to walk long distances, a valid driver's license, and the capacity to monitor behavior and enforce university policies.
