Key Responsibilities

• Lead Provider of MOKARA Spa at Omni Hotels is a dual licensed therapist responsible for overseeing the tr.

• Provide training, coaching, and counseling as needed for spa service complaints.

• Conduct regular walk-throughs of the spa treatment areas to ensure equipment is working and rooms are mainta.

• Conduct annual performance reviews for treatment providers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Dual Therapist with a strong understanding of spa protocols and guest service.

• Ability to train and mentor new staff effectively.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Minimum 5 years experience performing Massage/Esthetician services.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
