Key Responsibilities

Lead Provider of MOKARA Spa at Omni Hotels is a dual licensed therapist responsible for overseeing the tr.

Provide training, coaching, and counseling as needed for spa service complaints.

Conduct regular walk-throughs of the spa treatment areas to ensure equipment is working and rooms are mainta.

Conduct annual performance reviews for treatment providers.

Requirements

Experience as a Dual Therapist with a strong understanding of spa protocols and guest service.

Ability to train and mentor new staff effectively.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Minimum 5 years experience performing Massage/Esthetician services.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
