About the Role

Join Rite of Passage as a Behavioral Health Technician - Youth Services in United States. ✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Behavioral Health Technicians at Morrison Home in Morrison, CO ✨ At Morrison Home, we foster a home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field

Benefits & Compensation

  • $1,500 Sign On Bonus! $750 paid at 3 months of employment and $750 paid at 6 months of employment
  • You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full
  • time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full
  • time employment., and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ROP
