About the Role

Join OSU Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist – Sign-On Bonus in United States. SIGN-ON BONUS $15,000 The Registered Respiratory Therapist reports to the shift supervisor/manager. Capable of setting up and operating various types of equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and or illness.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.

Key Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist sets up and operates diagnostic and treatment equipment, administers respiratory gases and medications, and responds to hospital emergencies. They also advise on blood gas results, educate patients on home equipment use, and assist with mechanically ventilated patient transport.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist License and current BLS certification, with an Associate Degree being preferred. Experience of 0 to 1 year is preferred for this role.
