Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Social Worker provides psychosocial counseling and crisis intervention to patients and their families to support their medical recovery and transition. They also act as a patient advocate, perform high-risk screenings, and assist with complex discharge planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and possess a BLS card, with a preference for LCSW licensure. At least one year of experience in an acute hospital or related field is preferred.
