Center Counselor

Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147, has an opportunity for an exceptional Center Counselor who is versed in the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of older clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Telephones contacts to clients for need determination, information referral and advocacy sufficient to resolve problems.

• Requests for all home visits must be approved by Center Director.

• Demonstrates adequate use of referral resources to meet client needs.

• Participates in routine outreach assistance.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
