Primary Therapist I- Adult Residential Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

The Primary Therapist provides individual and group therapy to adults in a residential setting using evidence-based approaches. They are responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Experience working with adults diagnosed with mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma-related disorders is required.
