Clinician (Nurse Practitioner/Midwife/Physician's Assistant) - Full Time in Kalamazoo

About the Role

Work full-time as a Clinician (Nurse Practitioner, Midwife, or Physician Assistant) at the Kalamazoo Health Center. Deliver high-quality gynecological and family planning care in support of Planned Parenthood’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide gynecologic and family planning exams including abortion follow-ups.
• Assess contraceptive needs and prescribe medications/devices.
• Diagnose and treat sexually transmitted infections.
• Perform lab tests and interpret results.
• Provide after-hours telephone triage.
• Educate patients on reproductive health and pregnancy options.
• Participate in chart audits and staff education.
• Occasionally travel to other health centers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Licensed as Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse Midwife.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation.
