About the Role
Join Planned Parenthood of Michigan as a full-time Physician specializing in abortion services and contraceptive care. Practice in outpatient affiliate health centers and via telehealth in Southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor & Flint).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide procedural and medication abortion care including ultrasound and sedation.
- Manage miscarriage and early pregnancy complications.
- Prescribe and perform contraceptive services including LARC.
- Collaborate with health center and telehealth staff.
- Participate in education, training, and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- MD or DO with active Michigan license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission and values.
- Preferred: Board certification and experience in GAHT and vasectomy.
