About the Role

Cayaba Care seeks a certified Birth Doula contractor to support expectant mothers in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves prenatal visits and labor support, focusing on underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct two virtual prenatal visits per client.
• Provide labor support during active labor.
• Communicate clinical and social needs to care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Doula Certification.
• Deep knowledge of childbirth, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery.
• Strong communication and cultural sensitivity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $700-$725 per client (two prenatal visits plus birth support).
• Flexible scheduling; set your own hours.

Work Schedule

• Contract position supporting 1-4 births per month.
• Schedule set by doula.
