Job Description

  • Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Coral Springs, FL
  • Part-Time | Pediatric Therapy | Consistent Daytime Schedule
  • What if pediatric therapy were designed differently?

Language Link Therapy is seeking a part-time occupational therapist who wants to spend more of the day doing what you became an OT to do—working with children.

We've redesigned the traditional pediatric therapy model by bringing therapy directly into the places children already spend their day. Through partnerships with ABA centers, private schools and preschools, our clinicians can build consistent caseloads, collaborate with other professionals and avoid spending their day driving from one patient to the next.

A Different Kind of Pediatric OT Position

This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule. Our goal is to provide therapists with back-to-back sessions and a steady caseload rather than scattered appointments throughout the day.

You'll primarily work with young children with developmental and communication needs, generally ages 2–7, in a collaborative environment where occupational therapy can be integrated with the child's broader care and educational team.

Why Language Link?

Our model is built around making pediatric therapy work better for children, families and clinicians.

You'll Have the Opportunity To

  • Maintain a consistent schedule
  • Treat patients back-to-back rather than waiting between appointments
  • Work primarily from established partner locations
  • Avoid spending your day driving from patient to patient
  • Work with a pediatric population primarily ages 2–7
  • Collaborate with ABA teams, educators, SLPs and other professionals
  • Develop relationships with families and the professionals involved in each child's care
  • Join a growing pediatric therapy organization with opportunities to grow with us

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an OT who is passionate about working with young children and values collaboration, consistency and quality of care.

Candidates Should

  • Hold a Florida OT license
  • Enjoy working with young children and their families
  • Be comfortable collaborating with other disciplines
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers and members of the child's care team
  • Be dependable, organized and interested in becoming part of a growing program
  • Experienced pediatric OTs are encouraged to apply, and we're also happy to speak with clinicians earlier in their careers who are excited about pediatric practice.

We're Building Something Bigger

  • Language Link Therapy is expanding throughout Florida through partnerships with ABA centers, schools and early-childhood programs.
  • We're not trying to recreate the traditional therapy model.
  • We're redesigning it.
  • If you're an OT in the area and this sounds like the kind of environment you've been looking for, we'd love to talk.
