The Qualified Mental Health Professional will provide therapy, crisis intervention, and resource linkage to clients in their homes, community, or via telehealth. They will also collaborate with stakeholders and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care and support program outreach efforts.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field and possess at least one year of post-graduate counseling experience. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a community-based setting are required.
