Key Responsibilities

The ACTT Team Leader provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, respectful mental health services. They are responsible for managing team operations, overseeing budgets, and coordinating care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Human Services and possess a valid clinical license (LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A, or PsyD). At least two years of post-graduate mental health experience and three years of clinical experience with adults with severe mental illness are required.
