The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' functional movement and mobility in their homes. They are responsible for monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and educating families on safety and recovery techniques.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school and possess an active registered PT license in the state of practice. A current CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver's license are also required.
