Key Responsibilities

The counselor provides clinical substance use counseling and directs the daily operations of sober living and unsheltered relative programs. They are responsible for supervising staff, managing client care plans, and integrating cultural practices into recovery services.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally be a Licensed or Certified Provisional Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with prior supervisory experience. Applicants must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and possess strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse community partners.
