Occupational Therapist - SNF - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, mobility, and daily living skills. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy and ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess an active license in Nebraska or a compact state. A Basic Life Support certification is required, and the role is open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians.
