Inpatient Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The inpatient pharmacist will monitor patient medication therapy, prepare intravenous solutions, and provide clinical support during emergency situations like Code Blues and traumas. They are also responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians and providing drug information to the healthcare team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and possess a valid pharmacist license in the State of Ohio. While 3-5 years of institutional experience is preferred, applicants should be capable of providing care across all patient age populations.
