Join St. Joseph's Villa as a ABA Counselor – Flexible Hours, M-F Schedule in Richmond, Virginia, United States. St. Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting ABA Counselors to join the Outpatient Behavior Treatment service and Villa Education Center or Dooley School.

Key Responsibilities
The ABA Counselor delivers behavioral treatment services to clients and their families in home or school settings. They are responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate case notes, and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
Requirements
Candidates must have an associate degree in human services or a related field and at least one year of clinical experience with special education or developmental disabilities. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
