Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and managing discharge planning. They also oversee rehab staff, ensure clinical documentation compliance, and participate in program development and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
