We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psychologists) in Illinois to provide high-quality virtual therapy to children, teens, and young adults (ages 4–30).

• Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, You Will

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
• Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.
• Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle (minimum 5 hours/week).
• Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
• (Optional) Transition your existing private clients to our platform for an improved compensation rate.

Required Qualifications

Licensure

Must hold an active, independent clinical license in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).

Experience: 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a significant plus.

Compensation

• Independently Licensed Masters Level Therapists: $60 – $80 per hour
• Licensed Psychologists: $80 – $90 per hour
