Key Responsibilities

Advanced Providers play a critical role in the Emergency Department mission to improve lives and are integrated members of the full care team, participating in the care of all patients, not just fast track cases. The role involves working in a Level III Trauma Center Emergency Department seeing 42,000 annual visits with broad pathology and excellent specialist backup.

Requirements

Candidates should be Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with preferred experience in Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center settings, though new graduates with strong emergency, paramedic, or EMT experience will be considered. Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS are preferred, and an Oregon state license is a plus.
