Key Responsibilities

• Typical Duties · ls present during significant portions of every procedure performed in the operating room and the entire course of all minor procedures.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (M. D.) or Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine (D. O.) from an accredited college or university.

• Licensed as a Physician and Surgeon in the State of Illinois prior to starting employment.

• Must be cleared for privileges by Medical Staff Services by start of employment.

• Board Certification in Plastic Surgery or must be on pathway leading to certification within five (5) years or terminal training.
