Key Responsibilities

Provides primary medical care to pediatric and adult patients in ambulatory and in-patient settings, emphasizing prevention and healthy lifestyles. Manages a medical practice, performs clinical assessments, and participates in quality improvement and community health initiatives.

Requirements

Requires 2-3 years of direct patient care experience as a provider and graduation from an accredited nursing school with a post-graduate training program. Candidates must hold a current Illinois state license, controlled substance license, DEA registration, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
