Job Description

Covenant Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Cardiac Electrophysiology team. This full-time position supports the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in collaboration with electrophysiology physicians and the broader cardiology care team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program
  • Texas Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through Texas Board of Nursing; or
  • Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant, Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least three years of cardiology experience, including prior cardiac electrophysiology training or experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or combined setting, is preferred.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
