Preferred: Hospital pharmacy background and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate techniques and following the hospital’s policies and procedures.

• Design, recommend, monitor, and evaluate patient-specific pharmacotherapy.

• Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from healthcare providers and patients.

• Provide medication-use education to patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Required: Knowledge of pharmacokinetics, drug utilization review, drug distribution systems; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred: Hospital pharmacy background and experience.

• Lic/Reg/Cert: Possess a current Oregon Pharmacy license or eligible for reciprocity.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $130K - $172K
