About the Role
Join ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC as a Behavioral Health Technician in United States. The Willows (Fletcher, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is accepting applications for Behavior Health Technicians. We are a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically to meet the needs of adult women.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to patients with mental health needs, including those with serious emotional disturbances (SED).
- Assist in conducting clinical assessments and participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Manage crisis situations through timely intervention and de
- escalation techniques to ensure patient and staff safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Certification or training in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related area.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, preferably in a clinical or residential setting.
- Ability to maintain detailed clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
