Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages and manage their own patient treatment plans. Responsibilities include observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and maintaining accurate documentation via the electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapy license issued by the state board. Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program and reliable personal transportation are also required.
