Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited College or University.

• IA License and current registration as a Therapist (Should be a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.)

• One year of clinical experience in Long Term Care is preferred. Physical Therapist Job Summary:

• Perform evaluations, design treatment plans and administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician.
