Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker assesses the psychological needs of patients to provide recommendations to medical staff. They also deliver direct services to ensure patients effectively utilize healthcare resources and facilitate safe, timely discharges.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited School of Social Work. Two years of experience as a Medical Social Worker is preferred, along with a Pennsylvania Social Worker license and CPR certification.
