• 5 diagnostic assessments and utilize standardized screening tools as appropriate; complete documentation per company standards.

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence

• based and strength

Requirements

• Complete documentation accurately and on time in accordance with program, payer, and regulatory standards.

• Meet productivity expectations for client

• facing services; targets vary based on caseload needs/acuity and are reviewed during onboarding.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities, as applicable to contractor role expectations. Required Qualifications
