The physician will provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management. They will also manage medical records, refer patients to specialists, and contribute to the clinic's strategic initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and be board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine. A valid, unrestricted medical license and DEA license are required, along with at least two years of clinical experience.
